Whole Lorne Unsliced
Our 60 year old recipe for steak slice sausage is the best. Our sausage mix is still hand prepared to our traditional method and all the seasonings are unchanged. Lorne sausage is normally pan fried or grilled but can also be fine in George Foreman type grills. It is normally served in a buttered roll, or bap. It is very tasty as a sandwich with a little brown sauce. For some reason they are great on a Sunday morning ……….Hm mm !!!!
Each Lorne sausage weighs 1.8kg and Approx 24 slice of sausage in each whole Lorne.
