Traditional Scottish haggis
Our haggis is, and has always been, a top seller. They are consumed each year for many a Burns supper. Additionally, our product has been exported world wide. Our haggis is pre-cooked and only requires to be heated and then served on warm plates with potato mash and neeps. It can also make a great filler for a baked potato on a cold winter’s night.
For best results wrap each Haggis in some foil and bake in the oven for 50 minutes. You can also open the Haggis and tray and microwave. Or for the traditional method simmer in some water for 1 hour.
Each Haggis weighs approx 455g.
