They have a subtle but distinctive flavour. Grill or pan fry they are of a quality that is hard to beat. Simply heat a heavy base grill or frying pan – to a moderate heat.
Add a swirl of oil, with a whole garlic clove and a herb sprig then just season the steak with salt and pepper and cook for 1½-2½ mins on each side turning to seal well serve like in our cooking suggestion photo.
