Ox Tail cut from our Bute Beef Cattle, sold in 1kg bag. Coming with the bone in, our Bute Beef Oxtail is delicious when slow cooked in the pot, complete with rich flavours and tender beef falling off the bone. Oxtail is also well known for its use in soups, with the gelatinous meat being ideal as a base for soup making. This traditional cut reflects the quality of our beef and makes for wholesome hearty dishes, particularly good for making a very special ravioli.
