How do I order online?
Just browse our site pick the items you wish and add to your basket. You can use your shopping basket to review, add or edit items at any time by clicking on your basket and using the + / – buttons. You’ll also have an opportunity to edit further at checkout.
Can I order using another method?
Of course! You can order by phone on 01700 502067. Our lines are open 8am – 5pm Monday to Saturday with out of hours answer phone to leave your details. You can also order by fax, email or post.
How will my meats be delivered to me?
We ship out Tuesdays & Wed each week. All orders are well boxed insulated and iced for overnight shipping with a next day before 4pm delivery slot. It’s always a good idea to let us know if you have special delivery instructions if you’re not going to be in, this could be leave with a neighbour or a safe place.
What about allergen advice (what advice can we offer)
Our staff have a sound knowledge of all of our products and can inform you of any allergens that may be present in our meats. If you have an alergy to a food substance and are concerned, please call our shop and ask for a member of staff who will be able to put your mind at rest.
